Responsible Gaming at 7j776 — Your protection is our commitment

Entertainment that is safe and controlled — 7j776 is always by your side with deposit limits, self-exclusion, and round-the-clock Bengali support.

The importance of responsible gaming

Online casino and betting is an entertainment activity. However, when it goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal and family life. 7j776 believes every player should play consciously and safely.

Our responsible gaming program gives you the ability to set deposit limits, take a time-out, and self-exclude if needed — entirely in Bengali and at a time that suits you. Remember, gaming is for entertainment only; never treat it as a solution to financial problems.

To register on 7j776, you must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prevent participation by underage individuals and verify the identity of all players.

Our protection tools

Special features from 7j776 to keep your gaming safe

Set deposit limits

Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait 24 hours.

Time-Out

If you feel you need a break, temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you cannot log in and no transactions will take place.

Self-Exclusion

If you want a long-term break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be deactivated for 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Once active, it cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

Age Verification (21+)

7j776 verifies the age of every new account. Underage individuals cannot participate on this platform. Your identity documents are stored securely.

Gaming history review

View your betting and deposit history at any time from your account panel. This helps you understand your spending patterns and make informed decisions.

24/7 Bengali Support

If you have any concerns about your gaming or need help, our Bengali live chat support is ready around the clock. We can also help with self-exclusion or setting limits.

Recognise the signs of a problem

Most people play in a controlled way. However, certain signs mean it is important to seek help. Think about the following questions honestly:

Ask yourself

Am I spending more than my budget and feeling regret afterwards?
Am I placing bigger bets to try to recover losses?
Am I hiding my gaming from family or friends?
Are my daily responsibilities (work, family) being disrupted because of gaming?
Do I feel restless or anxious when I am not gaming?
Am I betting with borrowed money or by dipping into savings?

What to do right now

If the answer to any of the above questions is "yes", take action without delay:

Immediate steps

  • Contact 7j776 live chat and ask to activate a temporary time-out.
  • Set a deposit limit on your account to prevent further overspending.
  • If the problem feels long-term, use the self-exclusion option.

The principles of responsible gaming

Responsible gaming at 7j776 is not just about providing tools — it is a holistic approach. We want to ensure that every player stays within their financial means and sees gaming as nothing beyond entertainment.

Always keep in mind

  • Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your household.
  • Winning is not guaranteed — every game's outcome is independent and random.
  • Avoid betting when under the influence of alcohol or medication.
  • Set a specific time and budget for gaming in advance and stick to them.
  • Chasing losses by increasing bets often leads to even greater losses.
  • Gaming is never an alternative source of income.

Protection of minors

7j776 strictly does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to participate on the platform. If children or teenagers also use your device, log out after every session and keep your password secure. Use parental control software if necessary.

Our commitment

We believe in operating a safe and transparent platform. Using SSL encryption and ensuring fair play, 7j776 keeps every player's personal information and financial transactions secure. Our support team is always ready to help with any questions about responsible gaming.

What you want to know about responsible gaming

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait 24 hours. This delay is intentional — to prevent impulsive decisions to raise limits in the heat of the moment.

Even after activating self-exclusion, you can still withdraw your existing account balance. Contact our support team via live chat to request a withdrawal. No deposits or bets are allowed while self-exclusion is active.

A time-out is short-term — from 24 hours up to 30 days. The account reactivates automatically when the period ends. Self-exclusion is long-term — 3 months, 6 months, or permanent. It cannot be cancelled before the period ends, and reactivation requires a review process.

No. The minimum age to participate on 7j776 is 21. Identity is verified at registration, and accounts belonging to underage users are closed immediately.
